Umpqua Bank, Los Molinos, CA

Horrible bank been a customer for over 5 years never had a bounced check nor a overdraft fee / negative balance and they still wont cash a check because its a third party check !!!!!??? What kind of bank are these people running here in los molinos CA.....

Since my last review I would like to inform everyone that this bank has put in great efforts to apologize and take care of the mistakes made and as their customer I will continue to bank here. Thank you Umpqua Bank in los Molinos!

I love this bank they have great customer service. Super friendly and always ask how I'm doing.

Got to the branch at 3:25p to open an account. The lady didn't want to help me because "we close in a bit" way to loose business!!!
