SHE CREATES SCENARIOS FOR YOU TO BORROW MORE THAN YOU NEED. SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. SHE GETS A PERCENTAGE OFF OF EVERY PERSON SHE CAN GET TO SECURE A LOAN WITH ONE MAIN FINANCIAL. Hello, Today my mother who has been a customer for more than 8 years called to inquire about her account that was recently paid off. Unfortunately the person who was helping, hung up on her. She is elderly and hard at hearing. I will seek further contact to speak to someone from the branch who can assist my mother in a professional manner. Not professional business practice in my opinion.
