California Check Cashing Stores, Manteca, CA

Worst customer service ever! Gentleman that works there with long hair is incompetent and rude. I get it when it’s almost time to close everybody wants to go home but 45 minutes until closing is pushing it to not want to cash a check saying oh well it looks fake even though it’s printed and issued from an employer. If you don’t want to do your job just say so! Had to drive all the way to Stockton California check cashing from Manteca just to get a check cashed no problem.

This is by far the most unprofessional place! The employees are so rude! I don't understand people these days! Especially customer service reps! They are the true meaning of ghetto!

I walked in the store the ladies in there greeted me and made me feel welcome. They were very customer service oriented and I really appreciated not getting an attitude especially during this pandemic. Thank you and keep up the good work!

This place is so unprofessional they are disrespectful they are rude they charge you for more than what they’re supposed to charge you. They talk about customers in front of them behind the glass they don’t give you no information when you ask don’t cash your checks here because they will rob you and blame the manager

Out of the few times that I've been here, the employees were slow and crude. Couldn't tell me anything about the account I have there and responded to my questions with a go to another place and ask them. -They're not all that bad in all honesty, but lack about all of the good features a good customer service representative should have...they're just not good, -I'll be taking my business all the way out to the Modesto branch, so much better.

I had a horrible experience this morning at a nearby Western Union - they were unwilling to help me seemed entirely uninterested and honestly left me feeling unwelcome. I was overwhelmed and anxious to try another location but thankfully I walked into California Check Cashing and was greeted by the nicest workers. Although they were busy the manager on duty- a very kind Hispanic woman took her time, was very patient and helped walk me through the steps without making me feel like a burden. Thank you to everyone at this location they were all so professional and helpful!

I like to come in here to cash checks and get money orders when I don't make it to the bank in time. I get helped by Alfredo alot and he is very good, quick, and friendly!
