Always friendly. I personally haven’t had any issues. They recently updated their ATM so they offer different bills which is excellent. Online banking works just fine. They don’t have that “big bank” feel so that’s nice.

Umpqua is an upscale bank with lots of complimentary amenities. They excel in customer service. I highly recommend Hattie at the Marysville, CA location. She was so polite and professional, she answered all my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I initially went inside this bank to inquire about obtaining a secure card. I was so impressed with their customer service that I opened a checking acct., savings acct., and I deposited cash onto a brand new secure card. All the employees are taking full advantage of corona virus here because they are too lazy to work. Dealing with their attitude for 4 months now. No more I will take my banking needs somewhere else.
