Always friendly. I personally haven’t had any issues. They recently updated their ATM so they offer different bills which is excellent. Online banking works just fine. They don’t have that “big bank” feel so that’s nice.

I have been with Umpqua for about 14 years now. They are caring and protect your privacy unequivocally. The staff is like family to me and I love my girl Sabrina!

Umpqua is an upscale bank with lots of complimentary amenities. They excel in customer service. I highly recommend Hattie at the Marysville, CA location. She was so polite and professional, she answered all my questions so I didn't feel rushed. I initially went inside this bank to inquire about obtaining a secure card. I was so impressed with their customer service that I opened a checking acct., savings acct., and I deposited cash onto a brand new secure card. I will recommend this bank to all my friends and family. Thank you Umpqua for restoring my faith in customer service at financial institutions. Sincerely - Cyco Eva

All the employees are taking full advantage of corona virus here because they are too lazy to work. Dealing with their attitude for 4 months now. No more I will take my banking needs somewhere else.
