I've used this bank for decades. No more. Recently had an issue and went in to deal with it. The bank accused us of being part of the issue. Closed our accounts. And tool our money. Heartbroken that they wouldn't work with us. There were a few people that tried, I really appreciate them. They earned the bank an extra star. Had planned on just one star.

MSEFCU is an amazing bank for students and individuals looking to get their first checking and savings account. It provides great services to handle your finances. If your looking on getting a loan, look no further they provide great low rates on mortgages, refinances as well as personal loans. I dealt with two loan officers Ernesto Beltran and Lee Lao, and they did a fantastic job in helping me acquiring a loan. I'm very great full for the services they provide me and I recommend this bank to anyone looking for a great reliable bank experience.

Local, full service, credit union. The tellers are very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a credit card with a great rate, home and car loans.

I heard this place won't give you your cars title after you payed it off. Seems sketchy.

Back in February I came in to talk to a loan officer about getting pre-approved for an auto loan. I spoke with Anabel and she made the process very easy, keep in mind this is my first time doing this so I have limited knowledge on this. The process was very straight forward and quick, she printed out my letter and wished me good luck on my car shopping as we know it's been rough. She explained to me that any dealership that's apart of the credit union's CUDL program will accept this letter and even if they aren't the process will just be a little longer. Fast forward to April, I finally found a car I loved and that was in my budget. Originally Carmax approved me for a 17% APR! Which is crazy but thankfully they have a three day period where you can shop around. I already knew I could come back to the credit union but I had to wait until Monday since they're closed on the weekends. When I came into the credit union I saw Anabel again and she was extremely helpful. She even helped expedite my check so I could bring it into Carmax the next day given the fact it's been extremely busy with this spring event going on. I picked it up Tuesday and now everything is settled with a much better APR.
