I kind of felt like I was being interrogated when the woman called me to ask me questions I had already submitted online. She was not very professional or courteous at all. I've gotten online loans before and I've never had to answer questions online and then also answer the same questions over the phone.

They originally told me I had been preapproved for a loan but turned around on it to turn it down. I walked out on them and never going back. I got no reason to believe them knowing they are liars.

These guys are thieves! I got a $3k loan to boost my credit score so I knew what I signed but I pay $137 a month, $54.20 goes to my principal and $83.32 is interest and fees. I would be ashamed to be an employee here.

Staff was so friendly, helpful and patient. They shown great customer service. They are just at what they do. Thank you.
