If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I have been a customer of this company for 15 years. I needed a card swiper for my phone for an outside event. I was told by Brian and Laura that the only charge would be when I use the swiper for a transaction but no monthly fees or setup fees. When I filled out the form for the swiper from the link that was sent to me by Brian when I got to the end it had a whole list of fees. I tried calling Brian and Laura for an explanation and I left a message as they didn't pick up their phones. I have since left 8 messages spoke to 3 different receptionists and 4 days later still no call back.This is the worst customer service i have experienced and that's to a loyal 15 year customer. I am now looking for another credit card processing company because this one sucks!

Bunch of scammers. I was shopping around for credit card processors and got a quote from 1st American for processing. I gave them a couple months with my current processor and the rate comparison they sent back was a joke. They pulled numbers out of thin air and told me they could save a ridiculous amount by switching. They never got back to me when I pointed out the rates on their comparison where not the rates I was currently paying. Their annoying spam email I get once a month asking why I have not completed my application is what inspired me to write this review.
