Horrible experience, Manager Ruben did not have the patience and customer service to explain the application process, instead he started arguing, didn't know how to handle customer questions!

The person I dealt with directly, was Alexander Arambula, Branch Manager. He would not take "no" as an answer. Regardless how many times I had to say it. He kept trying to upsell me their "version" of insurance, I politely declined three times, and he straight up asked me what was my reason was for saying no, and still could not accept that I just did not want it. He would not drop it. And after I said no, he used my past experiences against me. I was on disability for some time a few years back, and on unemployment, most recently because of covid-19, just absolutely disgusting technique to win me over. Kept saying since I had experience those things already, I should get their "insurance", everyone else has gotten it, could not believe I did not want it, etc. And still, after saying "no" more than enough times, he made sure to let me know that I "was the first to not get it, especially at a time like this" with a condescending tone. Another thing, he was very annoyed when I was reading my paperwork on the computer screen before signing. Why? As he went through the pages, he briefly described what it says, and then told me to sign, but I chose to read it for myself first. I could feel him tensing up, like an attitude was building. He just kept saying, "I already told what this says, just sign." Extremely shady and concerning. And last, but not least, he specifically said payments can only be made directly with them, taken out monthly for a certain monthly amount. And if I wanted to make another payment, or pay more, I would have to call them and set one up. Which is funny, because when I got home, a few hours later, I received an email directly from the company that I can make online payments through my online account, that I had to set up in the beginning. My only regret was not cussing him out and putting him in check. And he's a "Branch Manager".

very disrespectful, you NEVER tell a customer that they are lieing when you were not close enough to hear a conversation from across the room.. First to have a service agent chastise you because you would rather wait for someone who knows what they are doing to help you instead of having too explain his job to him. Then to have the manager think they can say your lieing when they were across the room an DID NOT HEAR THE ENTIRE CONVERSATION. But customer service is important to your company REALLY, Then y'all are having a really bad day with customer service huh. oh lets not forget the manager then said or rather implied that if I didn't like it they didn't HAVE TO HELP ME, but them helping me is a courtesy??? REALLY . NEED TO GO BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHOOL... Not to happy with your customer service.. But the gentleman that DID help me was Fabulous...

STAY AWAY!!!!! Advertised on credit karma as one rate, in store a marked up rate, it does not matter what credit score you have I was told it was 35.99%. A $6500 loan was going to cost me $14,500. Please stay away!!!! There are way better offers out there, please dont allow them to become your preditor!!!!

Very unprofessional !!! They asked me to bring some documents and we had set up a time frame of around 11am to 11:30am only to be told to come back at 1pm because he was taking his lunch break. I had asked him if there was anybody else that could help me and he said no just him. All he wanted was to cash in on the commission thats why he didnt want nobody else to help me.

Just had a bad experience with a woman named Linda, had attitude and was not listening to me. I had a personal loan before and i paid it off. Needed another loan but this time they only approve me for a car loan. Funny how i just paid that off and thats all they can offer me. Their sneeky. Well stupid me i did now I regret it. Never again. Please look at what your signing and if they are not nice don't budge.

The worst experience EVER!!! They are so unprofessional. Lack of Customer Service from employees but most of all from Branch Manager. Beware!!!

The associate that helped me-Linda is very pleasant and helpful.
