Great credit union, money is safe and the tellers are friendly and can really help you when you need it. They are the best. Everyone is friendly and working for you.

Nice facility and nice people, love the Coast Hills way of doing business and that they covered my overdraft, thank you. Only thing is on Friday when it is always busy, there is never more than 2 clerks waiting on clients and there is always a line you have to wait in. A lot of people depositing and cashing checks on Friday and this branch is always short handed and then you are waiting in line and a clerk will be on the phone or running a balance sheet or something and ignoring customers. Then you see one I suppose finish her shift and just walk out with all those people waiting, quite irritating, but aside from that issue I love this Credit Union!

All the people at Coast Hills in Nipomo are friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. This would be a 5-Star rating except for the ATMs your customers are forced to bank through. I've spoken with your employees about the ATMs inside and outside the bank and, while I understand (and don't agree) the philosophy behind having them, I think you've made a bad decision! Money is personal. Talking to a 'live' teller on a telephone is just not personal - and based on how much I can hear of others' conversations, I feel exposed and vulnerable. I avoid going to this branch that's less than a mile from my house because my experiences with the ATMs are so not-good. The people around me are frustrated trying to use the machines too, and it doesn't look like your employees are very happy about the situation either. Sorry Coast Hills, I know you made a big investment, but make your customers happy and get those darn things out of there! Thumbs down on the indoor ATMs.

I want to take the the time to thank the people that work at the Nipomo branch. Especially Grace. She has helped me with loans a few times and she’s always so nice and such a hard worker. She makes our experience easy. Thank you all for the work you do. Grace you rock!!!!

Had the best experience with Alex M and Sarah! Alex was very polite during my deposit and I asked her about a loan and she referred me to Sarah who was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable and both very professional! Definitely going back!
