California Check Cashing Stores, North Highlands, CA

I have been to this location a couple of times and the employees are very nice! Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the manager Ms. Felicia! She is AMAZING! The customer service and warm welcoming energy she gives is exceptional. She’s familiar with her customers and even went above and beyond for her customer who is unable to stand for a long period of time. Thank you for all of your help and keep being you, the world definitely needs more people like you.

This review is for FELICIA! Felicia is the epitome of CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT! She did not stop trying to find a way to help me when I was in a time sensitive position and after being denied help at the other location in citrus height (they suck!) I was homeless for 3 months living in hotels while trying to find a place to live, after spending all my savings on application fees, food, and hotels I had exhausted my saving account and was at my wits end! When I finally found an apartment I was short on the deposit which is why I needed a loan, I’ve never applied for a loan ever so I didn’t know what to expect and I need a certain amount that way I could move in Nov 2nd. After visiting 3 other loan places and getting no help, I walked into this location praying for a miracle and it came in the form of Ms. Felicia. She reassured me every step of the way that she was going to try her best to help me and that’s exactly what she did. She didn’t leave any stone unturned and I was able to get a $600 loan, cash. It would be so great if more people can be like this woman. Thank you Ms. Felicia, I will be back like I promised, I did not forget you :)

I've had plenty of payday loans but this store asked for so many extra things just to get a payday loans n tried to convince me that everyone does it like like that the woman in the window was just over the top and irritating I don't think I'll be visiting this particular location Ever again.. I would give zero stars but that's not an option

Worst experience EVER!! IRS sent me a cashier's check for my tax refund which could only be verified ONCE. The lady at this place called and VERIFIED my check didn't write any of the verification codes down or anything. Then her boss said not to cash it because my ID has Sr. at the end of my name and the check didn't have Sr. On it. I think before she verified my check she should have checked my ID first. So because the check was verified and not cashed no other place could cash it for me. Which I had to get it reissued out to me which could now take anywhere from 11-21 BUSINESS days to get my check. Talk about a real inconvience her imcompetence caused me.

This place is horrible and waisted my whole day I called them to ask them if I could cash a check 2 times to make sure they could do it they said they could, the check was and is still good I had to get a ride all the way down from Pollock pines and that's why I called to make sure they would cash it I get there and they didn't even give me a reason they just said they didn't feel comfortable cashing it

It was my first time to do business with california heck Cashing today, and i had felt that my concerns were taken care of diligently and with effeciency, Christina was the one who took the initiative to make everything run smoothly. All of the staff alongside Christina was also very supportive, I trully saw how teamwork runs within each and every employee that were present the whole time i was there. Kudos

Ms.Felicia was very nice and also very helpful willing to answer all my questions with a smile.She has great customer service and I would recommend anyone to come and see her. She will brighten up your day.
