Najee at the San Pablo center is very helpful. Since I’ve been coming there as a new customer I always see her working by herself . She is helpful no matter the stress if I could give her a million stars I would . I hope the company keeps this girl around .

Tina helped me get a money order she was very pleasant even with a line and rude people complaining. She stil had a smile on her face.

Every time I have come here I can count on Tina to help me. Transactions are always stress free with tina and she takes the time to explain things to me that I have a hard time understanding.

I would no stars at all. I felt the staff was rude and quite unprofessional. They refused to cash a valid cashier's check without asking personal information about my client. I told my client to go to a real bank and he would have no problems. When I called back, first no one answered the phone. I called back again and they told me I needed to listen and that I was denying my client the right to cash his check because I would not give them information as to why I had sent him the check. This is the first negative review I have ever posted but this is not okay. A cashier's check is as good as cash and no one needs to explain why they have received a cashier's check.

Came here as a last resort since I needed some cash right away, and didn’t know what to expect walking in. Jasmine was very accommodating, helpful, and professional. I came in at 5:30 and didn’t realize that they closed at 6 (when I looked online, it said that closing time was 7). There was a couple in front of me who took up a bit of time, but Jasmine made sure to acknowledge everybody waiting in the lobby. When it was my turn, the entire process was quick and efficient and only took about 15 minutes or so. I felt bad for keeping Jasmine after 6 but she was very pleasant and didn’t complain at all. She was very thorough with explaining the application process. Great customer service all around. The only thing that I’ll nitpick about is customer privacy. Being a little more discreet about personal information being discussed would be appreciated (address, place of work, income, etc). I’m sure that everyone else who was waiting in the lobby heard a lot of my personal details, so I’d just work on being more discreet when discussing this sensitive information. Other than that, I had a great first time experience here and I would definitely come back if I was in a bind again. Thanks for your help, Jasmine! Greatly appreciated.

My first time being attended at this location was amazing. Natalie greeted me with a courteous smile and answered my never-ending questions without a problem. I will definitely be coming back due to her amazing service.
