California Check Cashing Stores, Oakland, CA

I went to this location since I’m not from California because the other location was Blah however this one was TERRIBLE totally unprofessional my colleague definitely reported this location since we was training in California we stopped here. The lady at the window was highly arrogant and very unprofessional and lacked education I left funds at the window so instead of the fat lady at the window saying hey ma’am you left your change she just let me exit then I realized it went back and she had the most horrible attitude saying I don’t want your change I then reported it to Corporate on my own because she refused to give me number I guess my colleague and not being from California she thought we didn’t know how to get in contact with the proper channels. She thought wrong lol when you’re in a AREA like this U should be more reverent but from what was told to us OAKLAND is a lOST City.

Leilani has exceptional customer service, she went above and beyond to get me what I needed today. She's great at problem solving and thinking on her feet. She has beautiful smile and it went a long way within my customer service experience. I appreciate you and Dee for the assist today.

Staff are friendly enough but customer care has always been iffy. How is it that you can have a line of people and we see workers standing around talking to each other but only ONE teller is handling customers. At what point do you put customers first and jump in to help get the line down at the very least. It's like some written rule to allow people to wait as long as possible. SMH

Came to check cashing a few times n Jessica has help me out alot come Halla at her da best customer service u can get also she is bilingual and has a fast speed good vibes

Always went there to send money most of the staff are awesome but their is one particular individual who claims she is the manager bye the name of Gabriella, very rude, impolite and unprofessional. I don’t think she should be a store manager for that branch.

Debra at the high street location was the best. She went above and beyond to help us. Thanks so much Debra.

I'm not a customer of this place but today someone had stolen a check from me and your your workers stop the check appreciate they took the time to call me because I really don't have no money for somebody to try to steal happy holidays you need to keep these workers they do a good job
