I hate places where costumer service is the worst. But honestly my experience in Oportun was great. Rosa has been so such a friendly and helpful person. She’s always trying find a better way to help you and answer any questions you have. Definitely going back again!

I have a belief that customer service is dying off because some people don’t take pride in helping the customer, but Cindy & Rosa, we’re very helpful on my visit to their site. They made the process easy, and I was in and out. Thank you ladies for my surprising cool Oportun visit.
