I was interrogated beyond justification upon arrival to Stephen’s window. Not to mention that . I had actually cashed a check (same company, same amount) 4 weeks prior with Carolyn with no problem. Stephen asked invasive questions while lacking professionalism & tact. There was one obstacle after another & the entire experience was unnecessarily unpleasant. Even though certain policies are in place—there is an appropriate way to address clientele when explaining. Left feeling somewhat degraded & highly disappointed.

I went in and was helped by a woman named Carolyn. She was very professional and she is an asset to your company. Please give her all the flowers and accolades you can. Thank you!!

You should never rely on a place like this for money. You are risking more money than you can possibly imagine when you make your bed with these “businesses.”

I've had to use this company a few times in the past. I can absolutely say they were very polite and respectful. Being on a fixed income, my bills are paid early each month. But when unexpected expenses happen, I know I can count on them to be there for me. Thank you to the staff at this location for helping ease the stress of unexpected financial emergencies.

Great service. I usually do business in La Mesa but when its a late weekend night and banks are closed your customer gives you a check and I'm up in north county . I shoot down to Oceanside and money tree always takes good care of me.
