I give this company a 0!!! I couldn’t give 0 stars...I got a loan and was told I was paying extra for insurance in case I lost my job and I got laid off twice and was denied the insurance coverage both times even though it was through no fault of my own and then I was offered a deferment for a payment to catch me up and was told it would go to the end of the loan I found out I was going to be charged the extra payment but it didn’t catch up my account so I looked into a payoff to close my account and found out after 1 1/2 years of paying over $200 a month I had only paid of $20!!!!! My balance was almost identical from the beginning and they won’t give me straight answers about why they change the subject and try to push me to refinance. This company is a joke and super predatory. I found my wife had a similar experience with them before we were together. They seemed legit before I signed the contract but found out it’s basically a scam they make it almost impossible to pay back.

Don’t I repeat DONT EVER!! get a loan from this place. Very high interest!! Monthly payments go more towards the interest then the principal. You’ll forever be stuck paying these people. I’m glad I paid off my account. But of course they would screw my credit report by closing my account after it being paid off. And now I have a mark on my credit showing account closed when I clearly paid it all off. Worst experience ever.

Monique Duenas is very professional,patient and worked around my busy schedule. She was quick ,efficient, but explained the loan to me in detail. I highly recommend her. The interest rate is a little high, but I will be paying it off quick,as there is no pre payment penalty.

Samantha and Monique are by far Thee Best loan specialists Everrrrr!! I love the communication they provide, commitment, and just over all their work ethic is immaculate.
