All The employees at OneMain financial were truly professional. The folks there when out of their way to help you with all of my loan needs. There was no pressure and they made me feel welcome. And when it came time to pay back my loan once again, Office personnel were truly professional I would highly recommend anybody needs a short timeline to go visit OneMain financial in Ontario California

If I could give ZERO stars I would, however, I want to get the word out and say that I am deeply disappointed that this office would take advantage of my elderly mother. She paid off her loan with One Main and even sent a cashier's check FedEx overnight in late September. This office called her today Oct. 12th to say that they just received the check and that she still owes $40 in interest! She of course paid them over the phone for fear that she would accumulate more interest daily. Beware of this scam these people pull to get an extra few bucks. It is shameful that they would do this to the older generation in our community.

I have gotten three loans over the years with this company, all the way back when they were called Springleaf. The name or management (or whatever) may have changed but the customer service hasn't. They hire the nicest, kindest people. They understand that things go wrong that can disrupt the payment schedule. I had asked for a small loan to get out of some court trouble and they gave me a loan for more than double to pay a bunch of other debt. Now I just have the one payment. I would always recommend this place to people who don't have great credit. They look at your credit and debts and genuinely try to help.

Avoid this branch at all costs. Carmen Headworth is supposedly the branch manager, but doesn't know anything about customer service. The whole office is filled with degenerate employees who do not even know how to take a message. We took a loan from them and didn't realize that the nothing goes to the principal loan until much later in the loan. And the staff at this office harasses you several times a day to make your payment. Save yourself the headache and torment from the stupid asses at one main ontario.

My loan officer and all of the staff were professional, courteous, prompt, speedy and helpful. My loan proceeds were transferred into my checking account in a timely manner.

I called in the morning and Lorena offered to call back at noon . Waited all day for a call back from Lorena. I called again and another man told me she was on the other line and that she will call back asap. She never did and I was ready to apply. Not a good experience and I don’t think I want to give my business to a company with bad customer service.

I really like this company, my lender was very nice and pleasant. She was very easy to work with even though I forgot a my title at first. Went back home to get it and still waited for me. It was nice she gave me other options and I'm glad she did because I went with her suggestion. I am very happy.
