Oro Jewelry & Loan, Oroville, CA

I have been going there for quite a few years now. Never pawned anything but, have made several purchases. I recently visited and was helped by a young man named Brandon. He was very helpful with his knowledge of recording devices and musical instruments. No purchases today but, I would recommend asking for Brandon if music and instruments are your thing. (Like mine) Nice selection of jewelry, tools, instruments and collectibles. Brandon was polite, sincere and well spoken. I give 5 stars for Customer Service!

So helpful and such an amazing deal! We looked at similar necklaces at Wal Mart and they were $800+ and we found just what we wanted for under $250!

Sold me a cocroach infested t.v I almost diddnt even want it after the price was almost at retail numbers. Gross. The staff were great 5 stars for them, but the owners need to deal with bug issue gross!
