Rosalyn has great customer service skills. She turned a very bad day into a good one. A check I received from Fidelity Investments for the County of Ventura Safe Harbor Retirement fund was having issues being verified. Fidelity reps were no help during the verification process. Rosalyn spoke to her manager, Mayra, and was able to get the check verified using an alternative verification method. Thank you both for your help!

I was hoping I would be able to cash my check at this location because I always go to the Santa Barbara location with Marisela. But I was not in Santa Barbara and I needed to cash my check. Maria, was extremely helpful and had me in and out without a problem.
