I actually went to your branch in Palmdale, Ca to obtain a $23,000 loan for purchase a used motor home. The motor home was to be used as my primary residence as I traveled around the state of California and the country retrofitting gas lines for our country's infrastructure. I was told that...I did not have enough disposable cash. My rent is $1,300.00...that I have paid religiously on time for over 10 years without delay or concession. You should reward loyalty. I have been doing business with OneMain... for three years, each year that I decided to increase my loan, the percentage interest has increased...from- 14% for $9,000.00 to 25% for $4,000.00 that I accepted as "the best we could do for you Gene consolation" a few days ago. I paid my bill on time everytime and without delay. Are you. Trying to make me default by charging me higher interest? Or, are you just trying to keep me down by making certain that I do not have any disposable cash? I only require a little to live on.... I feel like I am being treated like a criminal. I have been an outstanding customer. I will continue to pay my bill on time. However, if the opportunity arrives, I will pay this loan off and never do business with you again. Thank you for reading! THEY OFFER LOANS FOR PEOPLE WHO NEED THEM.......IT'S NOT THIER FAULT UR IN A SITUATION WHERE THEY HAVE A HIGH INTEREST RATE.........BUT IF U PLAN UR LIFE RIGHT........ONEMAIN IS A VERY BIG HELP.......!!!!!
