CoastHills Credit Union, Paso Robles, CA

Story short, I attempted to make a payment 2 times online and via phone 3 times but my payment was never withdrawn by this bank. The 3 times I called the representatives were unable to take a payment from me and I was told that someone was calling me back to take my payment. I sent multiple emails but still I have not get a phone call. The thing is that now I received a letter from this bank stating that I’m late on my payment. The unprofessional way and not logical answers I get from the representatives are very frustrating. I was told they could not take my payment because my checking account is not with this bank this is one of a few excuses.

phone operators are nice, however when it comes to payment questions online they can be very vague. It's a little frustrating due to not being familiar with their website and trying to make my payments online as indicated pretty much, I don't have a choice, since they will start charging $15 if payments are done over the phone.

Always appreciate the courtesies and the assistance provided. Also, the location and convenience.

Bad service when you call to make a car payment

Banking with Cheryl is always such a pleasure she takes customer service to the next level. I also really enjoy doing business with Lindsey however I don't see her as often. Coast Hills definitely has my business and will continue to do so as long as I am in Paso Robles. Do yourself a favor and bank with the wonderful ladies at Coast Hills in Paso.

Miss Lillian was spectacular when she first greeted me. She ask me how I am and proceeded to ask if there was anything else I needed help with after she had helped me with my account. She always mentioned me by name as well. So I felt as if I was getting help from a friend rather than someone who was just trying to get their job done and that was it. Very personable. I love it.

Cheryl in the Paso Robles branch was an amazing help and what a joyful lady. I really appreciate all the tellers who have helped me since my branch in Atascadero is closed.
