I LOVE this Credit Union in Paso Robles. Every one of them is always friendly they all go above and beyond the call of duty to help you resolve any issues! Best bank I've ever had in my 57 years! Thank you, Golden 1!

Best place to bank in Paso Robles both for saving and borrowing. These folks are friendly and efficient. Thumbs up and easily 5 stars

My father went in to get a personal loan. The lady helping him said everything was approved and that is money would be available to take out by 1 PM the next day (she specifically said APPROVED not PRE-APPROVED). Come the next day they tell him that nevermind he actually got rejected, sorry. My dad was angry and confused because he was told everything was fine but they told him that it was pending his income and that's where the problem is. Saturday we went in to cancel the checking and savings account he had needed to open in order to apply. Once there the lady that originally helped him was not there so we went with another woman. There i explained it to her and her response to the situation, "Your dad should not be getting angry about this since it was his income that did not allow him the loan, also maybe he misunderstood since he doesn't speak English and didn't know what she was saying. It's not her fault." I let her know my father had an interpreter with him for the same reason so there would be no misunderstandings. She was rude and it made me angry to be blaming my dad for assuming the language barrier was at fault. Never going there. Also a couple of days later they call to speak with him and make sure he won't give a bad review. Like seriously? Pathetic

Very friendly staff! I enjoy going into this location (Paso Robles). I've been banking here for over 3 years and the ladies are always helpful! Great customer service!

I've never been screwed by them, also their app is pretty good for a small bank.

We brought our 13 year old son in to open his first checking account. Kara was super professional, patient, and provided our son with a good base education on how to write checks, and balance his check book with the paper register.
