Carina and Leslie were absolutely awesome. Had old account that had been charged off. Contacted them to see about a resolution and was blown away by the kindness. The charge off was my own fault nothing they did wrong. They presented me with an opportunity I didn’t even know was possible to fix my credit. Thank you again guys

Very unprofessional. After paying of my car loan with Rudolph Inc they sent my title to the wrong address after I’ve have already updated my address with them prior to paying off. They sent me a application of title replacement in order for me to take to the DMV but had listed me as the “lien holder” ?!!! Idiots ! Then, they had to resend another revised application with Notary over for me to take to the DMV on my time when they screwed this up!! First of all, seems like they have no idea how to do their job. Secondly, wasting my time to do their job… 2.5 months later and still no Title !! Do not recommend Rudolph Inc … stay far away! Once they get all your money they dgf about what happens next.

We have done tons business with this bank. They are one of the few lenders who work with there customers and make them stay on track. Customers come back and want to go through Rudolph Inc all the time. We love Rudolph!!!!!

I have had no issues with this company from day one. After being laid off this company worked with me on two different occasions to help me. They were warm and friendly and my rep Mayra was A1 in my book!
