California Check Cashing Stores, Pittsburg, CA

Worst place ever! 3 people standing at window took about 5 mins to get help. I take it was the manger (Indian lady) who helped me asking why I had money orders bla bla bla. She kept my ID I was there for a good 45mins wasn’t able to cash my money orders her excuse was her system wasn’t loading. Long line waiting she literally called the stores to verify each money order. I told her I had to go it shouldn’t take this long to cash something as I’m leaving she said just so you know if you don’t cash those now you won’t be able to cash them anymore. After waiting for so long two babies under 2 everyone in line staring me down like I’m trying to cash something fake since she called to verify the money orders and wasn’t even discreet everyone could hear her. Only reason I have to go back is my id. Don’t waste your time going here unless your ready to spend a while waiting

Do not go there, because the people are rude and unhelpful. The line be almost out the door. They need new management and employees. STAY AWAY!

These people don't have much competition as far as check cashing places are concerned so they act like it's you who needs them. Rather than them appreciating your business. Other then that there are a few cashiers there that try to pick up the slack for the other people that don't want to help anyone. I actually think that these hard workers with great attitudes should be recognized for their efforts. Because if you work in a negative environment it's hard to keep a great attitude. But these few do it every day for us.

The manager which is an Arab lady (I didn’t get her name) is so nasty to customers. The first time I went in to cash a check she was completely rude and disrespectful. I thought okay maybe she was having a bad day. So I went in again to cash a check and she was very rude and started asking me personal questions and why I waited so long. It doesn’t matter why I waited it says the check is good for 180 and it’s dated for June which is within the 180 days. She didn’t want to cash my check and said that their policy is 14 days. Which is a lie. This lady needs a culture sensitivity class immediately

The worst experience ever ! Manager is such a rude unmannered women. Has no respect at all just spoke so rude and was not needed for my assistance. Just plain horrible experience they should deeply practice customer service especially coming from the manager!! We need less people in the world like this. Strongly suggest avoiding this place for your own sake to not ruin the rest of your day.

Ajaysia is a check cashing clerk in Pittsburg California who is very loving, patient, respectful, and immensely resourceful. Though I was a bit late and dealing with personal health issues, she still took the opportunity to hear me out and assist me. I’m so thankful for her kindness.

Jessica is the best at California Check Cash and will be stop by more often now.

Disgusting people that work here didnt even try to cash my check even while I had my uniform on and proper id.
