Friendly and fast service as always! I have been a member since 1983, and have not wanted to bank anywhere else.

Fraudulent activity locked me out of my account Friday night. Pleasant Hill Teller Alberto and his savvy Manager got me up and running with a belt and suspenders so next time I get locked out I have a backup. I have been with Pacific Service Credit Union almost 20 years. I like them and their nearby brick and mortar presence, young, sharp and helpful staff make doing business a pleasure.

Friendly service with a smile. Detailed information of direct deposit process. One thing needs work when bank customers walk in, to greet each person walking in to say we will be right with you. I stood there two minutes to open an account for first time. No employees greeted me or gave me eye contact. Small bank. I walked up to available teller to ask who I can open an account with. Lady smiled and was helpful but no acknowledgement when I walked in. This greeting will set your bank aside from bigger banks. Other than that, friendly service.

I wish I found this credit union sooner! I opened an account with them when the US Bank and Lucky's closed in downtown Pleasant Hill and it was a hassle to get to the mall location. I never wait long here, the tellers are very knowledgable and nice, they can print out a lost ATM card immediately, you can use a number of credit unions if you're out and about, and they have a coin machine in the lobby with no fees for credit union members. They even volunteered to reverse 2 overdraft fees for me when I hadn't been offered the option of declining charges if I didn't have the funds in my checking account. They are awesome!

What an easy process it was to open a Pacific Service Credit union checking account. The representative was friendly, effective and personable. My request for temporary checks were readily provided,and I left satisfied with an account at the Credit union. I Highly irecommended this Credit union. Thank you.

Savings rates are back up! Now is the time to invest in a CD to make some money. I opened an account with Pacific Service CU 25 years ago and they still provide great service!
