Evil company. Just sent me a bill trying to get me to pay over 1000$ claiming I didn’t have insurance and they had to buy insurance to cover for my vehicle over 3 months ago even though I submitted proof of insurance to them They make minimum effort to reach out to you and help you resolve anything. Avoid this Credit Union. Immoral thiefs

Edit: as the owner replied. Can’t find me from your system? That’s how bad your system is. Your online banking system is still very dated and unintuitive to use. I couldn’t set up my automatic payment as you were revamping the online system a few years back and when your system is up, you made all of us to recreate new account setup instead of migrating it. The workflow was flawed and it took us multiple times to call you to get that fixed. Even after the new online banking system, it’s really hard to use. Every payment I make, you give us 0 notification, no email confirmation or whatsoever. We don't even know if the payment was successful or not until going back to log in a few days later. Do you want me to call you? Your call line takes ages to get a real person and it is waste of time. That’s why you are getting one star.

Using the credit card is always a hassle. Every time I pay my card I’m never able to use it. I understand it takes a few days for the payment to go through, but after 2 weeks still can’t use it. Always have to call customer service every time for them to clear it and the payments to go through. Never had this problem with other cards. I recommend going with a different bank.

I've been a member of the Safe America Credit Union for 45 years. Upon joining their Credit union in 1975 I had to deposit $25 into an account. January of 2020 the credit union said they mailed an inactivity letter for my Visa card. I never received the notice Saturday June 20 I tried to use the card at a merchant. The merchant said the card was declined. I called Safe America credit Union and they will not refund my $25 for joining them in 1975. If you decide to join the SafeAmerica Credit Union be very careful with the shenanigans that they pull .
