Redwood Credit Union is our local bank and we have had the best experience with this Point Arena branch specifically. Deanna Branesky opened up our accounts for us in 2020 and she has been by our side for all of our banking needs every since. Even when we encounter challenges with other branches and operations at RCU, Deanna has jumped in every time to help and it has always resulted in a solution. We cannot express enough gratitude here for her amazing customer service and professionalism. When you live in a more remote area, you rely on your local businesses more than ever and her service has definitely been above and beyond.

Redwood Credit Union in Point Arena is the best financial institution I've ever done business with. Everyone is efficient and pleasant. I never have to wait long for personal service. If there's a questionable transaction on my Redwood Credit Card, of any kind, I am notified immediately. I really feel well taken care of. Everyone knows me by name and has a smile for me though I'm not wealthy and don't go in that often. We are so fortunate to have this credit union in our little town. Thank you, everyone at RCU!!!
