Today I had the pleasure to be assisted by Lucy M. and Margarita. This was my third time seeking assistance from Opportun's helpful service. It was a service provided in an excellent manner. The loan process may have taken longer than expected, due to server issues which was not their fault; However, these two individuals were as kind as can be, as helpful as can be, and just a delight to have interacted with. They seem to strive to help each individual to the best of their capabilities and I left the location in a better mood than I arrived in thanks to Lucy and Margarita for their assistance and to Opportun itself for having helped me. Up to this point I've had no issues with their team members.
