I have been a customer of Finance and Thrift since the early 80s and they have always treated with dignity and professionalism anytime we’ve needed help they were there and now that they are Beneficial State Bank it’s the same! As long as you follow your contract and as long as you have truthful explanation as to why you may have faltered they will be more then glad to help you get back on track. Great Bunch Of People, Great Little Company! I Highly Recommend!

They have been harrassing my credit putting false info on my credit report. I dispute it and they change it back the next month. I hired an attorney for this matter and will see them in court shortly. Stay away from this institution.

This Porterville branch is awful. Always being put on hold, regardless of the issue. And once I finally receive the forms I requested in the first place, they’re inaccurate. I’ve been very patient with this branch any time I’ve needed them, but they are no help to me. Take your business elsewhere, or at least to another BSB branch, unless you’re cool with wasting a ton of your time for no reason. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

lol @ the bad reviews and at "they" didn't keep their promise. How much do you wanna bet that whoever posted that review didn't keep their promise to pay as it was on the contract!? Funny how people are quick to discredit others when they themselves are to blame. Pan Am, previously known as Finance and Thrift has been helping people for years. Wish they would go back to their older standards though. Thanks for your help guys.
