I would compare rates with friends buying at the same time and mine was the best by far and I know that’s because of Nancy’s hard work and determination to put me in the best financial situation possible. Nancy and her team made it ridiculously easy to refinance my home. I've refinanced a number of times throughout the years and this was easily the most convenient experience I've ever had. The rate was exceptional. As I always do, I shopped around. The rate and terms she was able to offer me were the best out there. Being a finance person myself, I asked Nancy to run a variety of complex prepayment scenarios for me so that I could compare different payment strategies. I've asked other loan officers to run scenarios in the past but the only person who could actually do them. The whole process was very easy - I never had to go into the office at any time during this process. A few phone calls and emails, an online application, upload some documents and that's about it. The signing of the closing documents was even done at my house. And, all of this happened in the span of less than two weeks. I've never had such an easy and customer focused experience. From the time I filled out the application, I was pre-approved in 2 days. I was working with another lender initially and still hadn't been pre-approved over a 2 week period of time. Once I was pre-approved with Nancy and team, the communication was clear and frequent which made the process efficient and stress free.
