Best customer service...staff is helpful, efficient & quick. Been going here for almost 2 years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this place...and several of my co workers have become customers. 5 star service is so rare these days. THANKS!

Do not recommend!!! My wife and I went there to cash a check, they had her fill out all the paperwork, Had us wait for like half an hour, and come to find our they couldn't cash our check because she has an out of state license... The first thing my wife handed the lady helping us when we got there was her license... The out of state license issue should have been identified in the beginning in my opinion. This way you don't waste the customers time.

If I could give negative stars I would! This place is awful! You call and ask for loan information, and they don't tell you that they don't accept certain banks or cards right when you get there. Also if you want a loan, forget it, they make it hard for you. Want to cash your check? Forget it won't do it. This place used to be reliable, now it's just a joke! Oh by the way don't bother getting comfortable inside because they have cockroaches on the walls with a nicer disposition than the clerks!

I was told I needed to present certain documents to get a loan I already presented when I opened an account and did not have to present them the second time I took out a loan because I already had an account. but because I didn't bring the documents the third time I was not given a loan, another customer before me was given an idiotic reason for not getting a loan. I'm 99% sure the woman who helped us both did not know what she was doing. I suggest staying away from this place altogether to avoid wasting time and gas like that man and myself

Complete waste of time. I spent several hours contacting them and sending documents only to be denied. They ask for SSN, date of birth, bank information, etc, then they deny you. Total scam and all for a small amount of funds, $200 or less. I’ve asked that they remove my personal information and account, but I still haven’t heard back. Don’t get scammed and go with another payday loan business.

great company but go into the store to sign your contract the app can be misleading. you start with the highest amount and it can change without notice when reborrowing. they will give you the option to get the highest amount present the contract and end up signing for lower amount without notice. they need to update the system or give people courtesy calls for updated information. it shouldn’t be all options if you don’t qualify.
