Check Into Cash, Red Bluff, CA

This is the worst place to do business I have been paying on a title loan for two years these people have lost two payments back to back and to replace the money orders is going to take over a month, and they claim they never received either of them but this is not the first time they have lied to me. I do not recommend doing business with them and I am making a complaint to the BBB and the AG of Ca.

I am very impressed with the people that represent check into cash in your Red Bluff office. Stacey is an employee that is absolutely an employee that needs separate recognition. For she is not only a people person, Very personable, always happy, acknowledges you when you enter the store. Multitasking, , personable, very knowledgeable in her job. It’s very obvious that she knows and loves her job. I have been in the store when 15 people were in the store and Stacey was the only one there.. she never panicked, still acknowledged me when I entered the store, and apologize for not being able to get to me as fast as she normally does. Which normally I have no patience, but when I see that someone is busy I have the tendency to be patient. An employers dream worker that you wish you could train every employee to be like. Any employee that represents your business in the manner like she does should not only be recognized as a employee that stands out and above all others but should be praised for her for her job being well done. For she could go anywhere for employment, and do just as good of a job as she does for you.. Training someone to run your business is pretty well black and white. Personality, people who come to work because they love what they do, is the ones you want to keep. I am usually not one to respond to any feedbacks, until I recognize an employee that stands out. And I assure you you should be lucky to have an employee like this one. The employees that represent your company can either make or break your business, so all the ones that stand out, should be acknowledged individually of how proud you are to have him/her representing your company.

Haven’t been here in a while but if I needed this service again I would 110% visit this location. Brandy is an amazing friendly person. You don’t find customer service like that much anymore.

This was my first time ever having to get a loan and the two ladies in the front made it real easy and simple to understand the qualifications needed to get a loan and it wasn't all just business they made an effort to make small talk which made me a lot less tense givin the situation I'm in which made me have to get a Loan. I would definitely advise this place to anyone needing a little extra money

Louise was awesome and helped me out more than she have! I appreciate all the help it was a blessing meeting her I def will be back♡

Sara and Louise are exceptional customer service people. If you need money come in and see them. They get me through financial difficulties. I'm blessed that they help.
