Want a bank that has all the tools of the bigger banks but willing to work with small town people? Look no further. I highly recommend Cornerstone Community Bank. They stand by what they say.

As a young couple with no debt we were charged 10 percent interest on an auto loan. You should tell your kids not to get an auto loan from here. This bank is greedy and shameless.

One of the last community banks left in a town that prides itself in supporting local! Is there really another option?

Hardest bank I have ever had to check my balance over the phone.. Only available 9-5 Wells Fargo is available until 9 what makes this bank so good so far nothing. I regret opening my account here.

I love this bank! Professional friendly and patient staff. It truly is a hometown bank so when I moved back to Red Bluff after being gone 20 years I wanted to support the LOCAL economy. Best decision I ever made. I only have a personal checking account with them but included in this I receive free checks, a $20 discount on safety deposit boxes And if I use a different bank's ATM all the charges are reversed. If I use an ATM at say a gas station all those charges are reversed up to 8x a month and no one has to know my account number to deposit cash into my account. (Something my dad likes to do at holidays) any other bank that's a requirement. The bank itself has ample parking and is located right on the Sacramento River. The Inside decor is comfortable, bright, and airy and they even have an area where u can sit, and read the paper or other financial magazines at your leisure or while u wait to talk with a loan representative or bank employee. They are however NOT open on weekends and the lobby hours are 9 am to 5 pm with the drive-thru open till 530pm. They also do NOT do currency exchange but you can get free cashier's checks, traveler's checks, and order American money. They do NOT have a coin counting machine so if u want to turn in your spare change it must all be rolled with your name or açct# on it. I think they still even provide the coin wrappers if u need some. They also provide free Notary services. The only negative issue I have is accessing their online banking. I always have to provide a ONE-TIME security code each and every time I try to log in. Once logged on to the site tho it is very user-friendly and safe. Being a small hometown bank the staff take pride in the confidentiality of their clients. An issue I had with other local banks here in Red Bluff. I suggest u always do your research when picking a banking establishment and trust your gut instinct. However I personally highly recommend this financial institution and don't think you can go wrong in choosing Cornerstone to take care of your banking needs.
