Owner is extremely rude! Overcharged my son on a pawn because the store was closed on the due date, even though he came in the following day when the store reopened. When I called to question why, he pretty much told me he could do whatever he wanted to and then hung up on me. When I called back and asked to talk to a manager he said he was the owner and he didn't have to listen to me and hung up on me again. I will never return to that store again and I will tell everyone I know to only shop at old west, as they threat their customers with respect and would never rip them off!!

I really question whether these guys know anything about gold or not. I brought a bracelet down which was 10K. The guy put a good mark on a Black Stone, applied 10K acid and the mark stayed there fine. Then, he rubs it off and says that if were real gold it would not have rubbed off. Clueless.

Nice, little pawn shop. Not sure how they are on pawns, but as far as inventory goes, they have a lot in stock. Friendly staff and very helpful when Asher questions. Only reason I'm giving a 4 it's because the prices on the items I was looking at were barely below retail, many of them were above retail sale prices, particularly on the DeWalt tools. I know everything is based on MSRP, but when a DeWalt tool is the same price brand new at Lowe's or Ace, I have a hard time buying it used. Definitely somewhere I'll come back to as there were a lot of items that were a great price, just not the tools I was looking at.

Staff were honest and helpful, they gave me a clear, up-front offer of what they could pay for my item, and even offered advice on whether I could get more selling to an individual buyer rather than their own shop. I appreciated their clarity of communication and willingness to help.
