I've ran into some rough times with my contracting I figured I bought guns with them in the past they would be reasonable with me I brought literally a $1000 worth of Milwaukee tools And they offered me $200 I was very reasonable with them instead I would take 600 or do some credit to I'm not going back they just told me to try somewhere else or post online highly disappointed with the service I called even before I came and they were just short with me not cool when I'm selling my dream and putting it on hold ... check out Jones Fort for firearms there selling tools and I even pointed it out you can get at depot for 100 and there selling it for 80 used ... this to me seams like there rep has got the best of them I'm probably never going back.. if I could give no stars I would..

I bought two plastic gun cases from this "Olde West" pawn shop. But it turned out they would not fit the guns I needed to ship. So I brought the cases back to the pawn people and NOW they said, "oh, see here? They each have a crack in them." I was robbed, of about $75. I left the cases right there on their counter and walked out. This won't be the last they hear of this. I fly aircraft out of Barrow, Alaska, in extreme cold and darkness. I have to load and unload the Caravan Turboprops that I fly. I am very angry about having my hard earned money taken this way. Any reputable store would have given me at least some credit. The manager told me to just "get out of here."

So I went to Old West to pick up one of my guns I pawned and I went in to go pick it up today and the old lady at the front counter had a very rude attitude and she told me I didn't have what I needed. So I went to the car and returned with the paperwork that I needed, she told me she didn't have the time to deal with me and then started to yell at me and called me a punk. If you're so bad at customer service then why even show up to work? I don't understand

I visited this store for the first time this morning, I was outside about 3 minutes before they opened, as was one other woman. An employee entered the store when another employee unlocked the door for him, and said to the two of us outside “we will be open in a few minutes.” Store opened and the two of us (separately) walk in and were greeted by employee. There were several other employees in the store besides the two I had already encountered. I walked straight to the “gun counter” a employee was on the phone behind this counter and did see me waiting/looking at stuff in the case. No other employee came to help me, no problem waiting. A new customer walks in, passes by me “waiting”, employee gets off the phone & immediately asks that guy if he needs any help and completely ignored me. I was not happy. Rude customer, he knew I was waiting to be helped. Anyway, someone finically came to help me but I declined and left because I felt I was discriminated because I was a female. I was there to buy something with CASH, I knew exactly what I was looking for. Helping me would have taken 5 minutes max and a cash sale. Sorry I did not have better experience because it looked like a cool place.

This place is amazing. I went in looking at metal detectors and was pleasantly surprised with the selection. They carry White's metal detectors. They also carry a lot of guns jewelry and everything in between. If you're in the market for a metal detector I recommend this place.

Went into Olde West on 10-27-23 and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. During this time Multiple employees walked passed me and even looked at me but never asked if I needed help. I was passed over 10+ times by employees. Finally I asked for help and the young man that helped me seemed like it was an inconvenience to stop and help me and his demeanor was irritation about this. I called back on 10-23-23 to inquire about the equipment I was looking at. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes after speaking to a lady at the loan counter about the equipment. I just hung the phone up. Awful customer service just cost them a $1000 to $1500 sale.

Won a gun through DU the night prior, went in the next morning at 9 when they opened and was told the gun wasn’t in the store… So had to go back a different day to start paperwork. Went to pick up my gun, got home and was given someone else’s gun, had to go back a forth time. When I went in to exchange it for my actual gun, the boy at the counter didn’t even have the decency to apologize for the inconvenience or their fuk up. I won’t be going back.
