Wish I could give 0 stars. The young lady behind the counter was rude. All I wanted to do was cash a money order I got. They have a western union sign & still needed reference numbers. For what reason?! This place sounds sleezy.

Avoid this place like the plague! You WILL get scammed and end up paying more than they initially tell you. Asked all the questions I needed to in order to make sure I was only paying a certain fee and what I was loaned. Turns out I had to pay a fee to pay my loan there and pay a fee to close out my approved line of credit. I was told completely different when I first signed up for the loan. I paid more into this scam than I would have for my student loan late fees. No matter how much of a smile Angel gives you, don't fall for it, avoid it and pay a late fee to your bills instead.

I love their service. They are always so nice and friendly everytime I go in there.

I sat there while my friend filled out the losn application. People kept coming in ssying that they wanted to pay their bill and then take out a loan. its so easy thst you cant stop yourself.

Worse customer service given by CINDY! Do not let these other reviews fool you, they must be her family members. She was extremely rude, no customer service, obviously dislikes her job. Apparently she thinks she is better than the people who are using the services, yet she works there. Please go to another place... there are plenty!

Horrible Service by a lady name Cindy! If able avoid this place. Rudest people with 0 customer service. The owners really need to consider some help here… everytime we have to deal with this girl it’s an issue… Insane
