Our company is KLC Realty Investments, we closed our first loan with Civic with no problems. We received the best rates on the market for our situation. Be prepared submit all the documents they request quickly and you will meet your closing date.

I just spent months working on a loan to refinance a rental property with civic. We were on the goal line to finish and they changed the terms of the loan. They did an internal review of the appraisal and reduced the value of the property and said we will only lend on the reduced value. Essentially lowering the LTV from 80% to 70%. The origination fees are double from anywhere else. The processing fee is twice as much as anyone else. This company does not do what they say they will do. The documentation that they require are endless. Its almost like they can't to lend anymore. Maybe civic is in trouble or lost its financing, but something is not right with this company.

Nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. I have been waiting on a basic refinance to close, what should have taken 30- no more than 45 days, is now over 100 days. They send me request, i fill everything on my end, they tell me, it’s being worked on and we’re going to close next week, this has gone on for weeks now and each week they’re coming up with new conditions they claim haven’t been met which make no sense. I would never wish this experience on anyone. It’s now put me in a position where I cannot pay people working with me, who rely on me to feed their families. I have never had such a bad experience in my years of investing.

This company had me submitting tons of documents, had me order a appraisal, and made me wait 60+ days thinking they would get my cash out refi done and last minute they decided to withdraw my file for dumb reasons. If you are looking to Refi beware they will waste your time!
