Buy Sell Loan Pawn Shop, Redwood City, CA

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and I usually receive good service, but today when I stopped by at 6:15pm to pickup a watch I left to have the battery replaced they said they were closed. Online it states they close at 6:30pm. It looked like new staff which might be the problem. The sign on their door doesn’t state a closing time which is pretty strange.

Bad pawn shop I saw in my life they makes jokes on people the machine fingers prints doesn’t work he tells the girl who I deal with try his finger right foot (I’m like wT#%^*) second she brook my GoPro battery door but I don’t pay attention until I come home and I’m living so far I’m just was passenger

Had a great visit with Buy, Sell, Loan. They were friendly, upfront and honest. They answered all my questions and a first time visitor and even told me I should save certain pieces for myself as it wouldn't be worth selling. They then cleaned that ring for me while having my other jewelry items looked at. Great first pawn shop experience and I would go back!

This pawn shop is the reason why pawn shops get a bad reputation. They lied to me about my items I brought it to get me to sell them at an insanely low price. Definitely glad I didn't bring any of my jewelry in, I'd be out thousands instead of hundreds! When I called to ask about it the store manager dodged my calls with for weeks and hung up on me the second I said my name in one call. All around terrible experience, I would sell your items on Ebay and easily make 10 times as much money since that's what they do anyway.

This place is definitely the place to go whether your selling your jewelry or needing a loan hairo and his team know what there doing when it comes to customer service and appraisal of merchandise the tittle says it all buy sell loan if your looking to make a couple bucks from your unwanted things or take a loan if it means something too you either way you can’t go wrong check em out today !!

So we bought a ring 3 days ago . Then my mom changed her mind and wanted to exchange it for something else , wasn’t asking for her money back just an exchange for something else and they said no exchange but they would buy it back for HALF the price of what they sold it to us. Talk about a rip off . Never coming back here again

Big lady rude they say electronics yet after going all the way there. They just want apple products OH EXCUSE ME! The usual better than you customer service. Says so.ething about community in description yeah right. Probably wouldn't need to pawn if I had one lying apple products STAY AWAY IFYOU ARE IN A FINANCIAL BIMD

The best in the business. I would trust them with any purchase or sale of jewelry or valuables. Very knowledgeable and Friendly people. Very unusual for this type of business! :)
