I need to know how does your company works I have been dealing with a guy that his name is tom never has he told me his last name I have been talking to him since april 1, 2022 never have i seen anything has promise.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK! You will be sorry you did. I had an online account, and they allowed someone to steal 10k from it! After 23 days they still have not refunded all my money, and when I ask for a supervisor, they laugh! Very poor customer service!

asked for a monthly statement, waited 5 full days for an EMAIL, and still did not get it. CS very sarcastically said "wow it must be so hard to wait", then hung up on me.
