I had arrived at 5:55 and on their sign it says 6 they have taped And printed them damm selfs their just being slackasses and not completeing their job Properly

Great customer service, always attentive and ready to help you,the greeting part is essential because they make you feel welcome.

It is a easy job, but definitely you will not get moved up. First, the pay you get for how mentally you work is not good, nor hours. Believe me on that. So much favoritism, and to add people talk about each other’s back. Management talks a lot about setting up examples, but they don’t do it themselves. Assistant manager sucks. Only ONE of the assistant manager, too much gossip. They do not work around your schedule, nor to fair rotation. Managment will always try their hardest to get their back covered. And most importantly the seniors will always try and make the new employees feel less. There’s one lady there who is extremely nice and helpful (J)

I will go No where Else!! Best place in California! Melany @ the Rialto location is an angel from heaven! They have saved me so many times in numerous situations.. they have the best service,the highest payouts on gift cards..and never say no!! They always find a way to make it work.. I've since switched to doing all my financial business at Cash Back Loans and swear by their business with confidence!!I use their services 3 to 4 times a week.. no other company compares. 5 stars 5 stars 5 stars!!

If your looking for a fast friendly efficient check cashing company Look no more- cash back is my favorite place out of all of them... I use to go to USA checks cshd... They where rude and lied to me often the systems where down, Not Cash Back Loans!!! Always open, smiling cashier's helpful and informative. They have tons of locations and great hours!! They are fast, smart and always one step ahead , Cash back loans is my first and only stop I make for all my check cashing needs!! -CW
