If I could leave no stars I would these people They are scam artists as they will give you the highest interest rate they have .if you're not educated on how interest rates work and loans work they will take advantage of you. Please visit your bigger banks before you make the same mistake I did. They can explain to you what is the best option compared to your credit. Your interest rate should not be higher than 20% especially if this isn't your first loan.Lendmark thank you for making me realize you guys are not here for your customers but just money grabbers. Will never ever use this company again.

Make sure you ask what documentation they need before you proceed with getting a loan or even skipping a payment. They will run your credit and say you’re approved and ask for a bunch of documentation. I’ve been going to them for years and have been on automatic payments and never missed a single one. I was approved to simply skip a payment for the month of April and they wanted me to bring in all of my documentation as if I were getting a whole new loan. The reason for the skip was because we had just moved. All of my stuff is in boxes. They wouldn’t let me skip a payment without providing everything although they had all of my stuff on file. I wasn’t about to dig through several boxes stacked in my garage looking for all the stuff they asked for just to skip a payment when I’ve been an on-time client for the last 4 years. I’ll never work with them again.

High interest "36% annual" . (655 score at that time) Ok If you're in need of money. But pay back fast. They don't tell you the interest rate until you're about to sign the loan contract....(as a car dealer) website was not available to overview your account. just to make payments. (Springleaf was better)

Called over the phone and applied got a call back 2 days that I was approved . Went in waited about 30 minutes until someone came to attend me . Then I waited for them to give me problems about my income and that it was declined after they had approved me . I wasted about 6 hours waiting for them to say I got declined when I was approved 3 days ago ... very unprofessional . Raquel and Jose both very irresponsible wasted my time . You guys need to fix up your business and work on being a great employee because lying and saying someone is at a meeting just because you can not take a call at the moment is disrespectful . Thank you for wasting my time .

Not only do they have Rude employees (younger weird shaped face employee) but they will take advantage of you and give you a high interest rate. Spend your time & money somewhere else & do your research.
