Rocio The Store Manger was very unprofessional she was sitting on her phone both times that I came in the store also she’s very rude she always seem to have a attitude when I walked in today she was being very rude to a older woman rushing her so that she can get off. Rocio employee kamillah is very rude and disrespectful and uses her hands when talking and gets loud and very aggressive and has a snappy attitude quick to yell and she doesn’t have any good customer service skills ❗️

I was pleased to come in to Ace Cash Express in Richmond California where I was treated so well by the staff here I will definitely come back everybody here had a smile I was thrilled by the service and that wanted me to give this business five stars these ladies were very good looking and very helpful I had so much help here that I went home Happy I'll be back soon again

Kamillah was very helpful explaining all the services ace had to offer and i was impressed with her ability to speak spanish and english store was clean very polite and welcoming great customer service

The clerks name is Rocio, she was very professional and courteous. The establishment was very neat and clean and had a delightful fragrance as you walk in.

Jaye is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great attitude. We will definitely do business with Ace Cash in the future because of our positive experience with Jaye.

First time coming here a little skepital at first but the ladies in the front were lovely. My backpack check was a sufficient amount unfortunately $300 had to go on cad but I'm OK with that

Irma was very kind, and helpful, went out of her way to give excellent service. My biggest and only complain is the long wait due to them being understaffed.
