I’ve been trying to get in touch with the Ridgecrest branch for a month. They don’t respond to emails or answer the phone. I can’t even leave a voicemail because their voicemail is full. BUT they did add my email address to their auto mail list so I know they’re getting my emails. I’ll be choosing another company to work with.

The entire team at Guild was absolutely amazing! A special thanks to Alex, Dawn, Sherry and the rest of the team for all the help during our refinance. This was a new process for us and we had a lot of questions. Ever time we called or emailed with something the response was immediate. Very professional and personable.
