My friend mailed me a check just showing her condolences after my mother passed away. The worker, Jenny, accused me of stealing when she assumed I was trying to cash the check twice. I've never been through such an extensive process just to try to cash a $50 check. I was at the front of the line and still took almost half an hour. After waiting so long to be helped, providing all of my information, my employer's name and phone number, my friend's name and phone number, why the check wasn't cashed immediately, and more, they called me to verify my phone number, and they called my friend to verify that she'd sent the check. After all of this (just for a $50 check), the worker, Jenny, told me they can't cash it because they don't know if I already cashed the check because the back was signed. (YOU HAVE TO ENDORSE A CHECK IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE CASHED!) I've never gone through such an extensive process for a $50 check only to be accused of theft in the end. This is unacceptable! (And every financial institution I know of keeps checks once they're cashed.)

Do not cash your check here they overcharge their costumers you get charged the 2% plus a fee is better to go to Walmart, Ria check cashing etc. Don't come to this place to cash your check.

The manager Jose was a delightful gentleman to say the least. After Wells Fargo, our bank for 20yrs, did us wrong, Jose made it right. Much appreciated and we will definitely be back to use money tree for check cashing services. Thanks boss!

Just cashed my stimulus check there today. No questions asked. Talked to an employee named Barbara on the phone before I came in. She was very helpful, very professional. Was in and out in under 10 minutes. I'm sold and will definitely be back and will spread the word. No hassles here. Thank you.

Jose is the best,always helpful and as a small business owner that goes a long way. The ladies that work there are also great. But you need to cash a check personal or other this is your place . Ask for Jose he is the man.
