Go somewhere else and get a loan, Sandra is incredibly rude, will talk over you and treat you like you need them. Very unprofessional, not to mention how slow they are. Instead of reaching out to you like a real professional customer service agent, they will pester you with text message after text message to call them!!! I went to SoFi and got approved same day, no hassel, very polite. STAY FAR AWAY FROM OneMain Financial and especially Sandra. Must be that time of month....

I’ve had a loan with One Main for a few years now and I have absolutely loved their support and customer service. They have helped me not only understand my loan and are super easy to contact, but have also worked with me so many times to ensure I can make my payments without difficulties. Thank you so much! Sandra was able to assist me in getting the perfect loan for my situation. It was easy, quick, and she was very nice to work with.

Use caution. I applied on line, it said I was approved, I sent all the required documents. I then received a phone call from their office stating I was approved for a loan, but.....I needed more collateral. So pretty much it's a car title loan company. I also took a hit on my credit. Waste of my time.

Isabel is rude and rushing and once she gets all your information will forget to notify you back or return your calls. Very unprofessional establishment. UPDATE: Here's the kicker. After being denied and writing this review about my experience Isabel calls me back only to let me know I was approved all of a sudden!!! This place is unprofessional and I my just scared that Onemain has all of my information 🤦‍♂️

Deal with anyone but this company! This is a predatory business that drags you along and wastes your time. When they say your qualified for anything don't buy into it... once they run and hurt your credit they change the pitch. Dealt with Isabel and was not impressed at all
