Today I went to get a pay day loan I was helped by Jessenia. First off she was so helpful she did such amazing job despite the fact that she was working alone today, honestly the line was non stop she was running back and forth. I Definitely think she deserves a big thank you from the company. At the very least deserves more recognition for all that she did, not only for me but to all the costumers that were there today. I was very impressed by how even under a noticeably stressful situation (there being a non-stop long line) she managed to keep such a positive attitude and a smile on her face. Thank you so much once again jessenia your amazing! Because of my experience today I would highly recommend this establishment.

This place was okay because they advertised that they do they take gift cards. However, every time I arrive with my gift cards, they're always telling me, "the computer just went down. Don't know when it will be up and to come back again later." Today will be my fourth attempt to redeem my gift cards. To my surprise, the store manager noticed me right away, a aw motioned me down to the counter after a warm greeting at the door. That is the right quality set of skills that anyone would love to work besides.

Worst place ever lady was so rude she was on her personal call saying ugh how busy it was and that she was even question why she was late, anyways she wasted my time and extremely rude i went to get a loan i had everything they requested just to be denied cause i dont have direct deposit. Thats ahould be listed on the list ifnthings required! She was very unprofessional! She shouldn’t be answering personal calls while shes with customers!!
