Ghada worked diligently on my behalf. My son-in-law used Ghada for a mortgage loan several years ago and this is the second refi that she has done for me and I would use her again. Before I met Ghada, I went to another brokerage who put me through the entire loan process only to tell me they could not do the loan at the eleventh hour. In fact most lenders would not do my loan.​ Ghada found one that did ALL of the following: gave me a fair interest rate given the loan type, able to transfer my appraisal from previous brokerage to her lender so that I did not have to pay for another appraisal (a $600.00 savings), and saw to it that the lender waived the one point they had planned to charge me for the complexity of my loan!

She is amazing. Couldn't be happier. I am self employed and my loan was extremely challenging but Ghada made it happen!!! My family and I are forever grateful for her help and efforts in making our loan go through. I will never go any where else. She is a miracle worker!!!! Thank you!!!!
