If you can avoid using FlagStar you should! Due to being laid off I had to place my loan in forbearance offered by the bank. Since then they call everyday, send letters, send people to the house to take pictures. It’s ridiculous. I’d understand if the forbearance term was over but it’s not! They just add unwanted stress to an already sensitive situation. I’ve been on the phone with them almost every week and they still continue to harass. Give them updates let them know when I’ll be coming out of forbearance but they just keep annoying.
