The employees were really nice to me, each person I spoke with was professional, kind, and courteous especially my representative Ms. Petra she was patient as I was working, and very busy, trying to conduct business at the same time, she was able to work with me, and when she was busy on her end, human enough to apologize and take accountablity. Kudos to them.

I got an online offer that day, walked into the local branch spoke with Petra who made a phone appointment for the next day. Petra called right on time, was helpful in getting me a loan, although it was 1/3 of what I was asking for that was not the branches decision it was the underwriters. The branch with Petra was exceptional, great customer Service and fast results.
