I have to say that OneMain Financial, from start to finish, was absolutely a wonderful experience. I had a few concerns about qualifying, and they quickly put those to rest. They were absolutely delightful to work with! It is with great pleasure and confidence that I can “Fully” recommend to anyone looking for financial help…This is the place to go! Recieved an offer for a unsecured loan, and i made it clear in the online application that I did not have a vehicle for collateral. They approved me almost instantly. Unfortunately they tried to give me a secured loan and wanted a vehicle for collateral. I told them that is not what i was interested in. In response they said they would decline the offer for me. When I asked if they could remove the inquiry from my report they said NO they could not do that. Complete BS this should be illegal. They falsely approved me and now my credit report gets the ding. Do not accept any "offers" from this financial institution.

If you are willing to pay high interest to pay down debt or whatever your situation may be, than the loan is worth it. So far, the company has been good, there is room for improvement. They hardly ever answer their phones, but when someone finally does they resolve your issue. Their website is just ok, it doesn't update with your payment information nor provide much information about your account but you can view your statements and they do have a good rewards program. I have already received my gift cards for participating in the rewards program.

Great services! I totally recommend it to you. Maria she was so helpful to me. She was very friendly and she was answering all call from me. Even if she was so busy, she returned it my call. Since day one to the close day with my car loans she was so helpful to me! She is amazing! She explained to me everything. Even if she supposed to close at 5:30pm she willing to help me out with all papers, out of her work hours. Omg! Incredible job she did! Thank You! María :))

The worst... I never missed a payment and been making all payments and they have my loan paid off but still have a balance. They are the worst and not getting any credit for my loan. DO NOT USE THEM!! Try other companies it will pay off in the long run for you and your family..
