I wasn't sure what I was getting into with an out of town lender for my second house. Pennymac was easy to communicate with and they were clear with what they needed. Their system kept generating a particular disclosure that I had already signed, but outside of that everything was easy to upload and sign. Everyone on the MAC team were polite and respectful of what my experience was and were helpful in navigating options.

I have been working with Pennymac since 2014 for our home purchase in South Fl. My experience has been so good, that I continued to work with them on my most recent home purchase in Tallahassee. I opted for a VA loan. They are very knowledgeable and were able to secure a very good rate, even in this climate. If/when we purchase in the future, I will work with them again.
